Vector Framework is JoeSparkx Software's proprietary technology platform. It is designed, developed and owned by JoeSparkx Software—it is not a third-party framework or externally supplied product.

Vector separates reusable platform capabilities from any one product or sector. NaviCare is its first application, but future JoeSparkx products can use the same foundations, configurable workflows, permissions, auditing and organisational structure.
